I just went to Sushi on the Sea for my third time and am still impressed! The rolls are all interesting with many unique combinations. Kari and 'the captain' are excellent hosts with lots of amazing stories. The boat 'the rolano' is beautiful and the best place I can think of to eat sushi. The ambience, the hosts and the food make for an incredible experience every time! (and the price is incredible, too) Elaine H ~ Victoria .

One of the neatest eating experiences I've ever had! We arrived to meet 4 other people, 6 of us total and enjoyed the best sushi I've ever eaten. The owner is quite a character and the food is out of this world. Great way to have an intimate and interesting eating experience. I will be coming back on a regular basis. Reservations required. You may feel like you're going the wrong way & that there is no way a restaurant would be down there... but if you manage to score a seat at either seating (6pm or 8 pm), you will have a once in a life time experience for sure! Great food, unique location and a very friendly staff treat you right from the moment you step on board. Slainte Mhath!

Cap'n Ralph and Kari are the ultimate hosts, holding a space that allows us to feel welcome as if he had just come home. Regardless of the time of year, it is always warm.

The cabin of the Mighty Rolano is cozy and a delightful spot to enjoy good company and the great food of chef Kerry. Thank you for a truly unique experience...every time we come.
